An opportunity has arisen for the post of College Receptionist. This is the first point of contact for visitors ! and plays a major role in how the College is perceived. Therefore, it is essential that you are of smart appearance, can quickly develop a comprehensive knowledge of the CollegeÂ's structure and activities, and give every assistance in a professional, friendly manner.

Key duties include :
meeting and greeting visitors sorting and delivering high volumes of post maintaining building/staff directories maintaining working procedures documentation
Successful applicants will possess excellent customer service skills and be self-motivated, with the ability to communicate clearly to staff, students and visitors, whilst managing their time and priorities effectively, even when under pressure. Additionally, applicants will have a pleasant, approachable personality.

Previous experience in a similar capacity, or related customer services role, is essential. The Receptionist will be required to work from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holi! days and College Closure days). The position will be predomina! ntly based at our South Kensington Campus but the successful candidate may be required to work at other London campuses on occasion.
