The successful candidate will join the Marketing Centre of Excellence based in our busy London Offce. The role will be responsible for delivering ! agreed marketing campaigns.
Maximising premium income generation through the development and management of agreed Policy Owner management (POM) activity with Sponsor and Broadmarket Policyholders and via Customer Service Marketing.
Developing strategies to embed POM procedures into the business at every point in the customer lifecyle.
Managing all aspects of POM activity, including sponsor liaison, database interrogation, system analysis, operation review, creative development and the management of print and production.
Managing external agencies to deliver the marketing materials required to support the annual plan within the agreed cost and time parameters.
Supporting the Head of Campaign Management in defining the marketing strategy and implementation plans
Understand the target audience and motivation for products to create effective marketing material with pulling power
Working alongside the product management team to ensure marketing materi! al effectively “sells†the product
Utilise data analyt! ics and insight to optimise campaigns
Position Requirements
- Marketing experience including direct marketing campaign management (preferably financial services) from either client or agency background
- Experience of Broad Market and Customer Communications
- Experience of managing external agencies â€" in particular media, creative and print production
- In depth knowledge and understanding of direct marketing principles and practices
- Good understanding of FSA and ASA guidelines to financial promotions
- Ability to think creatively and turn ideas into reality
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of working with consumer research, advertising and ecommerce
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Results orientated with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Comfortable with a fast moving and stretching environment
