A fantastic new position is available for a Donor Support Officer within an established national health charity, based in London. In this role you will sit within the Individual Giving Team and under! take all administration data inputting for the organisation"s direct marketing and legacy fundraising; in addition to being a key liaison between the fundraising and finance teams.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Undertake all on going updates to the Direct Marketing team"s database on a daily basis.
- Processing all on going gifts, including standing orders, direct debits, and payroll giving.
- Work closely with the Individual Giving Officer to ensure that all donors are thanked appropriately and on time for their gifts.
- Undertake the production and mailing of a campaign newsletter twice a year including managing the copy, design, production and print processes.
- At least 18 months experience in using administration systems, including manual and computer systems for financial transactions as well as corresp! ondence and relationship building.
