As a Retail Development Representative for our Ferrero UK account, you will play a key role in delivering the op! erational field strategy for the Impulse channel. Managing and influencing customer relationships at store level, you will help to deliver a step change in customer engagement and deliver the best results for Ferrero UK products.
Ferrero UK is recognised for iconic brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac, Nutella, Bueno and Kinder Surprise - unique brands which are well loved throughout the UK. You will have a real drive to add value in-store, helping retailers with your understanding of market conditions, customer and competitor behaviour. You’ve got to be able to plan calls, build relationships and meet clear targets. A structured approach, along with flexibility and a persuasive personality is essential.
We’re looking for someone who can be accountable for their own performance. You will be able to work across a defined geographical territory, setting a callage-per-journey plan, tracking competitor activity and ensuring best practice in merchandising! , stock management and product visibility.
Person req! uirements

a full clean driving licence.
Travel throughout the UK, including some overnight stays, is required.
