Purpose of the role:
The EIM! function identifies opportunities to better align strategic objectives, delivery timelines and resource requirements between EMEA transformation programs. As part of this team, the Senior Business Analyst will focus on both new and existing EMEA strategic initiatives. Key activities will include business case reviews to identify integration points and dependencies across the various regional programs and to track and coordinate resolution of these items. This role will also support the monthly EMEA Regional Integration Forum, at which program managers from across the region conduct an in-depth review of key dependencies and integration points.
Accountabilities for the role:
- Co-ordination and update of EMEA regional master dependency log
- Production of monthly EMEA Integration Forum pack including updated dependencies on all regional projects
- Co-ordination and management of Business Resource Impact Assessment tool and co-ordinat! ion of periodic updates
- Support the adoption and impr! ovement of standards, practices and tools for integration management.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance. Assess the impact of change and benefits to be achieved. Identify dependencies, integration points, risks, mitigating factors and the appropriate controls required to ensure optimal performance of the regional project portfolio.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong experience of program integration/management within financial services / insurance
- Ability to communicate at multiple levels and present evidence succinctly and effectively to support recommendations.
- Effective use of collaboration and influencing skills.
- Shows Initiative - continuously seeks to improve a task or process
- Creative and flexible approach to problem solving. Generates new ideas yet remains open to the ideas of others. Is able to res! pond quickly to new circumstances or conditions.
- Relationship Management & Stakeholder Management. Ability to build, maintain and manage relationships at multiple levels.
- Highly skilled in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
