£40-£45,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension; Generous Holiday Allowance
A leading multi-disciplinary general surveying practice has instructed Beach Bak! er to assist with sourcing an experienced Commercial Valuations Surveyor with a focus on retail and leisure.
As you would expect, the focus of this role will be on properties within shopping centres, leisure parks and out of town retail. The geographical area is UK wide and you will have the opportunity to travel to sites on a regular basis.
It is particularly interesting as, whilst 25% of your time will be spent on portfolio valuations, the remainder will be a diverse range of property valuations for loan security and acquisitions purposes and there this role will provide variety and interest.
The team is friendly and inclusive and does not believe that only Directors can speak to clients! You will be able to deal directly with the clients and there are excellent career opportunities within this team.
Candidates must be MRICS qualified and currently at surveyor or senior surveyor level. This is a highly professional organisation with an excellent client bas! e and candidates should have strong communication skills, a pr! ofessional manner and enjoy working as part of a team.
