RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role S! pecific Responsibilities
- Performing analysis of business operating model components including booking entity structure, business processes, data architecture and application architecture
- Identifying improvement opportunities through review of all operating model components and facilitation of workshops with Business and IT Subject Matter Experts
- Eliciting problems, benefits, the impact assessment, determining priorities
- Planning for requirements capture meetings and workshops using appropriate analysis approaches and standard deliverables
- Challenging requirements, ensuring that requirements are not stated as solutions
- Engaging with business and technical staff to understand system problems, characteristics, non- functional constraints
- Defining “as-is†and “to-be†states
- Deriving, quantifying and documenting benefits of the ‘to be’ state
- Managing the delivery of business own! ed components of the overall Business Solution Design
- Managing specific work packages within projects
- Working closely with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver an overall appropriate fit-for-purpose business solution design
- Managing business sign-off of Business Solution Design
- Be involved in the Onboarding process for all new FX and OTC Clients and ensure that the process flows though the FX and OTC systems are mapped and tested accordingly before releasing to production
- Coordinate/interact with other stakeholders of the FX and OTC Asset Classes particularly Business Lines, Operations, Client Services, IT and Change Management and also to include SFG, Finance, Operations Control and Internal Audit Etc
- Responsibility for ensuring that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal Policies that relate to you, your business or other businesses for which! you have any level of responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with operational risk requirements (e.g. Golden rules, security policies and regulatory requirements)
- Responsibility for managing, controlling, preparing and escalating risk within the scope of your position
- Responsibility for reading, understanding and complying with the Company’s Conduct and Standards and corresponding regulations. You will be notified of changes to policies in a timely manner through announcements and/or intranet updates

Business Solution Design -
- Has knowledge and experience of leading Business Solution Design approaches and leveraging best practices (including process improvement and design approaches) to understand the flow of activities in Front-2-Back programmes and projects
- Has good understanding of the role and responsibilities of Project Managers and all other roles involved in the project lifecycle
- Has good understanding of project processes, methods, procedures, techniques, concepts and best practice
- Has good understanding of project risk management processes and best practice
- Has understanding and appreciation of the need to plan and manage projects through the benefits they deliver
- Understands the approaches to be used in managing dependencies inside and outside the project
- Ability to work on mul! tiple projects
- Has basic knowledge of change management processes, methods and procedures
- Has an understanding of IT development and delivery practices and approaches
- Knowledge of the Market Standard pre matching systems used for the FX and OTC Products including Traiana Harmony and Markitwire
