We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Merchandise Assistant to join our growing International team. You will provide complete administrative support to the Branch Merchandising team including analysing sales, creating reports, reviewing branch sales data, and accurately allocating stock to our International partners.
What will you do as a Branch Merchandise Assistant?
Providing alloca! tion and distribution needs for the department
Ensuri! ng sales are potentialised by issuing correct ratios, volumes and exceptions where needed
Completing stock movement whilst ensuring partner queries are answered promptly and accurately
Running weekly reporting for the team
Exposure to seasonal markdowns through accurate management of spreadsheets
Reviewing both branch and product sales data whilst identifying opportunities to maximise sales and sell through
Maintaining and developing a thorough understanding of the Accessorize brand as well as competitor and market knowledge
What you will need to succeed as a Branch Merchandise Assistant?
You will be extremely passionate about our Monsoon Accessorize brands and be at the start of your career in Merchandising. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and be able to easily identify issues and trends with your ability to analyse and interpret data. have excellent communication skills, enjoy working as part of ! a busy team. You will have excellent numerical skills and an advanced knowledge of Excel. You will have a degree/qualification in Business, Merchandising, Maths or Retail Management. Experience of working in retail on the shop floor is advantageous.
