The Role:
- Dealing with customer enquirers relating to their move
- Managing their move from start to finish ensuring high level of service is delivered at all times
- Assisting the operations team as when needed, these duties may include actively taking part in the household removals
- Route planning for the drivers
- Surveying and providing quotes
- Invoicing and system updates
