Working for a highly respected Telco brand as part of the Provisioning Team as a provisioning agent, you will be responsible for dealing with the procurement of services and queries from customers.
The p! rovisioning agent will be responsible for prioritising incoming orders, requests and escalations, managing a central mailbox and assigning tasks to the appropriate teams and engineers. As part of the provisioning team you will be the coordination interface with the Provisioning agents to ensure work is distributed correctly against the department resources. The provisioning agent will also be required to send out PO's for the services purchased as well as releasing invoices for services provided. You will provide a daily order tracker for all Data & Voice teams so that engineering resource can be effectively scheduled in advance of the order and is communicated to the supporting delivery agencies.
Essential Skills:
Telecoms background
Experience of dealing with carrier portals for ordering (e.g. BT openreach, Colt, Virgin etc.)
Worked in a similar position before.
Desirable skills:
CCNA/JNCIA or network background
