Requirements Essential

• Relevant and recent experience in a professional customer services environment
• PC literate with experience of MS Office applications i.e. Word & Excel
• Exceptional administration and time management skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skills

Desir! able

• NVQ level 3 in Customer Service
• Working knowledge of Maximo 5.2 or other helpdesk tools
• Experience of the building services industry

Responsibilities • Receive and log calls on the system and engage relevant staff to take effective action

• Monitor and record action while communicating with the customer to bring calls to a satisfactory conclusion
• Issue reactive works to the on-site and mobile teams
• Ensure reactive work orders are completed on the system in a timely manner
• Database administration
• Assist in the preparation of reports and data
• Accident and incident reporting
• Raise Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders

The Individual Training will be provided. However, the successful candidate will be expected to learn the specific working schedules relevant to the helpdesk.
