Role:
You will become the main owner of the company CRM system from the marketing perspective. You will be expe! cted to support the entire marketing operation, in particular ! those involved in executing customer and prospect lead generation campaigns. In addition to managing the cleaning/appending process, it will be necessary to define a strategy to maintain data integrity across the business which impacts daily on the quality of marketing data. Review whether we capture all relevant data/attributes to produce quality reports and define rigid processes that ensure this happens;
Create dashboards for individual marketing team members that capture their key KPIs
Review the design of our CRM system and implement required architectural changes to meet your job objectives;
Ensure that we can report on the effectiveness of each lead gen campaign especially capturing the lead origin and making sure we can easily track the performance KPIs for all external lead sources;
Champion the CRM system integration with any other systems deployed at Access, where relevant;
Drive other system improvements and focus on ! the key information that matters;
Manage the integration between the CRM system and email marketing/marketing automation system;
Prepare and deliver training to sales and marketing to help them use the two systems properly;
Skills and Experience:
Advanced Excel and SQL Query;
Crystal Reports (?)
Goldmine (at least fundamental);
Consolidated reporting from multiple databases;
A passion for delivering high quality reports and communicating these to the business;
A drive to continually improve processes and systems;
The ability to plan, prioritise and work on several projects at once;
The ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies including Access BI solution, Insight;
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with effective communication skills, actual and virtual;
