You will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales and Lettings in your area. You must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator / Lettings Negotiator
- To interview applicants in a structured fashion, identifying needs and business opportunities.
- To contact qualified applicants regularly, advising them of suitable properties and arranging viewing appointments.
- To negotiate with potential purchasers and tenants, ensuring! that our clients' interests are your primary concern.
- To integrate into a team environment and to provide support to your colleagues and Branch Manager.
- To ensure that service standards laid down by the company are met.
- To achieve targets as agreed with your Branch Manager.
- To be familiar with all systems, procedures and legislation.
- To project a professional image to the public and work colleagues.
- 1 years plus industry experience in Estate Agency Sales or Lettings is required.
Remuneration: Basic salary to £15,000. On target earnings are up to £30,000 in year one but uncapped + car allowance.
