£24k per annum
Full time Permanent.
Based North London
Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm
Occasional Saturdays - 8.00am - 12.00pm
! We are a long established, successful and growing builder’s merchants based in North London
who need an experienced and enthusiastic person to join our growing team.
We are looking to recruit an experienced sales office person to start as soon as possible. Having previous sales support experience you will have the ability to demonstrate professional
knowledge with the building trade and have at least 18 months previous back office administration experience working within a builders merchants. We are looking for a strong team player who can provide a very high level of customer care whilst taking in-bound orders from customers and who is experienced in office work and sales support.
Your duties will include:
Answer incoming calls and processing sales orders, Process customer orders , Deal with customer enquiries for materials and supplies, Promote the company to existing and potential customers, Manage the customer database.
Previou! s administration & back office experience within a Builders Me! rchant environment is essential.
To succeed you will have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to use and learn modern IT systems.
