About the role
Every one of our customers deserves not only a world-class service, but a personal one too. And as the face of our Beauty Workshop, weÂ'll look to you to deliver just that. Coordinating the booking process for our beauty conscious customers, youÂ'll do more than make appointments. To maintain the impeccable service standards our customers expect, youÂ'll also work to determine their individual needs and offer additional services that will help them get the most from their booking. That means developing effective working relationships with our beauty teams as well as building up a rapp! ort with our clients - understanding what will work for them a! nd maximising sales while youÂ're at it.
About you
Coming from a similar role in another fast-paced, high volume environment, youÂ'll be experienced using a customer facing booking system. And chances are youÂ'll have honed your skills in another beauty related environment. As a result, youÂ'll have developed an intuitive understanding of customer needs along with a flair for building relationships with all sorts of customers. YouÂ'll have shown youÂ're an accomplished salesperson too - one who prides themselves on delivering the kind of exemplary customer service Selfridges are known for. Combine plenty of initiative and confidence with your impeccable appearance, and you could soon be making your mark in the most aspirational beauty environment.
