Description: Oak Tree Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking to employ Norwegian speaking ICAM right now, this position will be dwelled in England. Our client provides the broadest range of innovative technology solutions to identify, track, and manage the deployment of critical assets for improved business effic! iency.

Within the company you will be responsible for selling the company's portfolio of products and services to channel partners. As an Internal Channel Account Manager you are responsible for selling full product and service lines to new and existing customers in the channel and through distributors. You will be managing the relationship with partners and alliances, executing strategy between channel, sales- and technology partners.

REQUIRED COMPETENCY LEVEL

• Minimum of 4 years Channel Sales experience, other experience in the barcode & RFID industry is preferable
• Specific Experience with selling through distribution and managing distributors from a vendor perspective
• Need to speak Norwegian to a native level
• Proven track record in a target driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian
• Act as point of contact with nominated partners
• Act! as point of contact for business development with channel and! country sales leaders
• Assist with partner program strategies
• Be an important "go to" person for the key channel partners to ensure they are supported in the best possible way
• Drive opportunity meetings with partners to ensure desired results
• Detailed knowledge of key indirect sales channels and target partner set
• Proven sales track record, ideally in selling barcode RFID, supplies & labels
• Results orientated
• Multi-level relationship building
• Good team work and leadership
