Our client is a media agency with an established insight division that plays an integral part towards the overall business. The Insight team is the driving force be! hind many of the agencyÂ's key strategic decisions and enforcing the relationships with their key clients. In short they are the consumer advocate within the business. This leads to delivering PR worthy insights and award winning concepts
They are now currently looking to recruit an Associate Director who will be responsible for the day to day running and output of the Quant team and help the Director of the Insight division to drive forward new innovations and best practice.
The main duties for this role will include:
Leading client projects: from writing proposals through to delivering final findings
Managing and inspiring the team and assigning work
Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities
Taking a lead role in delivering insight for new business pitches
Getting involved in thought leadership & developing white papers
Overseeing any internal training needs & developing programs
The ideal cand! idate will be someone with solid experience of quantitative re! search experience, ideally developed at some point in their career within a research agency environment. Understanding of brand tracking is essential and understanding how this links to more advanced statistical modelling is ideal but not crucial. Although the environment is within the media landscape, experience of this space is not crucial, but a history of working with consumer brands is a must. Lastly, it is imperative for this role that you have managed people and developed staff.
