Description: Centre People Appointments Ltd. is presently looking of IT Coordinator/Customer Service Representative (Japanese-speaking) right now, this position will be assigned in England. Japanese media-related company located in central London are looking for a Japanese-sp! eaking IT Coordinator/Customer Service Representative

Description;

1. provision of IT network support & liaison with system suppliers

2. managing and updating client database

3. assisting technical support with other internal team

4. handling customer enquiries in the appropriate way

5. input of customer details into their computer system

6. ad hoc

The successful candidate should have;

1. computer literacy essential (MS Office is the working system)

2. good knowledge of internet/PC

3. experience working at corporate environment (preferably company in Japan)

4. native level of Japanese language and business level of English due to the nature of their business.

5. ability to work in small team and autonomously when required

6. ability to adapt to new tasks competently and manage time effectively

7. ability to collaborate effectively with colle! agues, suppliers and customers

8. ability tooperate p! rofessionally and with integrity

• salary - in the region of £17,000 - £19,000 (depending on experience)
• 1 year contract initially, will be considered to become a permanent
• full training will be given on the company system, products and current business activity
