About the ClientGlobal retail Bank About the RoleResponsible for the overall development and shape of the of the group propositions segmentation strategy w! ithin Retail Banking and Wealth business, including identification of target customers, market sizing and profit pool analysisWorking in partnership with the global propositions team to executive the optimum strategy to deliver strong revenue growth for the business Develop strong strategies to facilitate the movement of customers between the various global businesses Work with the different distribution leaders to ensure that future propositions can be delivered in a highly customer centric, cost effective way Work with the Insights and Analytics team to produce a global segmentation model for delivery of the future propositions strategy What We’re Looking ForConsumer blue chip business background or consultancy with a detailed understanding of the techniques involved in Segmentation and long term strategyAbility to work in a matrix multi site organisation and effectively and influence multi level stake holders Innovative.
