My client is a major contender in the New Build social housing market and is going from strength to strength. They have a Turnover of over £100m and is continuin! g to expand. Projects range from 800 units RC frame £55m project to 14 units £5m projects. Due to the expansion of their team and new projects coming on board they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their forward thinking team.
Site Manager - Major Social Housing Contractor -£45-60K + PACK
They are looking for a Site Manager reporting into the Project Manager to come in and hit the ground running on new build projects of up to £45m. You must have a proven track record in the residential sector with a social housing contractor or a developer. The right attitude is key for this role, they want someone who is forward thinking, can problem solve and act on their on initiative. A Construction related degree would be beneficial although not essential.
