Connex Education are working with a nursery in the Paddington area of London who are looki! ng to recruit a Lead Early Years Practitioner (Early Years Professional)
The salary is £27K - 30K
Objective of the post
Under the overall direction of Nursery Manager, as part of the Nursery Leadership Team, to lead. monitor and develop the nurseries curriculum across the nursery to focus on the nees of the children and motivate the team to strive for excellence in meetin the learning and development needs of the children in line with the best practice. At all times ensuring the protection and promotion of safeguarding and child welfare. The position will ne situated over 2 sights.
The successful candidate must have a level 5 or 6 in childcare.
The nursery is a very busy working environment and they are looking for very strong, passionate candidates to join a hard working team.
