The Service Desk Operator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling of all calls to the Help! desk, dispatching work to mobile engineers and maintaining strong communication links with the management team, engineers and customers.

Requirements Essential
- Relevant and recent experience in a professional customer services environment
- PC literate with experience of MS Office applications i.e. Word & Excel
- Exceptional administration and time management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Monitor and record action while communicating with the customer to bring calls to a satisfactory conclusion
- Issue reactive works to the on-site and mobile teams
- Ensure reactive work orders are completed on the system in a timely manner
- Database administration
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data
- Accident and incident reporting
- Raise Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
