Our client, a leading Main Contractor, operating predominantly in the New Build Social Housing sector, are current! ly recruiting Senior Level Site/Project Managers to join their company in the London region.
This is a unique opportunity to join a successful Main Contractor with low staff turnover and excellent career progression prospects. This permanent position will offer a competitive salary and benefits package and will see the successful individuals located on a project in the London region.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior level Site Management position with a Main Contractor in the new build residential sector within the UK. You must be capable of running a new build project with a value in excess of £5million. You must possess a broad knowledge of the construction process from project inception through to completion. Must be familiar with technical, design and commercial issues of a project and possess an 'all round' management style.
