Track24 is a leading provider of Security Tracking Solutions to
governments, NGOs and global companies operat! ing in medium and
high-risk regions. These technology-based solutions assist our
clients in the mitigation of their risk and in the co-ordination
and efficiency of their operations.

High quality Customer Support is an integral part of the service we
provide. Considering the demanding environments our clients work
in, we cannot afford to offer anything less.

In this role, you will work in a small team and your
responsibilities will vary on a day to day basis. Your primary role
will be supporting clients with our technology based solutions,
with a focus on becoming a key member of this team. You will be
expected to learn about our solutions and the particular
requirements of our clients. In addition you will provide
assistance in other areas of the business as required.

Responsibilities will include:
Customer service and product support;

Assisting in customer account management;
Administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will m! eet the following criteria:
Degree qualified preferred or have relevant customer support
experience;

Excellent communication skills both written and oral (evidence of
written ability may be requested);

Ability to convey technical issues clearly and concisely;

Strong attention to detail;

Be well mannered and articulate with clients.;

Be enthusiastic and highly motivated;

A flexible team player;

Good IT skills with knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.

Well organized and calm under pressure with strong self-management
skills;

Eligible to work in the UK

The successful applicant would be based in London.
